How Do I Preserve My Body Sculpting Treatments?
I know there has been some concern regarding not finishing your series of body treatments and not being able to come into The Body Clinic for maintenance.
First, I want to speak directly to those of you who were in the middle of completing a series of body sculpting treatments when we closed in March. Please know we value your investment as much as your do. We are all in this together and once our doors open again we will work with you to ensure you receive your full treatment.
Now, what can you do at home to preserve your investment...
My two favorite body products are our BACD Tretinoin Body Lotion and Alastin Transform Body Treatment. I recommend using these in conjunction with our copper ionic body brush for maximum impact.
BACD TRETINOIN BODY LOTION
Our Tret Body lotion speaks for itself. Are you using tretinoin (aka Retin-A) on your face to help build collagen and restore elasticity? Tret Body does the same thing! Formulated in a ceramide cream to help push the retinoids deeper, this lotion will have your skin looking great. Apply nightly, directly after Alastin.
Tret Body Lotion product is a prescription product and not for sale on our online store. However, if you are a current patient, you may request to purchase by calling or emailing our office. Send a request here.
ALASTIN TRANSFORM BODY TREATMENT
This is an ideal topical to help preserve your body treatments (or help tighten a new area!) TriHex Technology, which isn't found in any other skincare line, helps not only support the production of new collagen and elastin but also addresses skin laxity, texture, and crepiness. The feedback I hear most often about Alastin is, “I want to bathe in this stuff!” Apply Alastin two times a day to help keep skin looking tight.
KLAAP IONIC COPPER BODY BRUSH
Use this brush for just 5 minutes a day to provide your body with an energetic lymphatic massage. This activates blood circulation and helps strengthen the body’s immune system. I recommend dry brushing in the morning or evening and then hopping in the shower.
As always and most importantly, drink plenty of water, go for walks and keep yourself happy and safe. I look forward to seeing all of you again soon.
