How to Get Started

If you do not yet have access to your Patient Portal, you may request below. Please note the invite expires 72 hours after it is sent, after which you will need to request a new one.

How To Send a Photo On The Portal

There may be times you need to send a photo of your skin to your provider. The portal is the best, most secure place to share your photos.

  1. Log onto MyPatientVisit
  2. From the “I want to” drop down menu, select “Upload document”
  3. Select the desired photo(s), add any details you want to include in the Note section
  4. Hit submit

Your chart will be updated and your provider will be immediately notified. Your provider will review your photo and respond at their earliest opportunity, typically after clinic hours.
