Mary Krempa is a Certified Dermatology Nurse Specialist (DNC) and a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS). She graduated in 2010, second in her class from South College, Asheville with a degree in nursing. Her background is in the long-term care field where she cared for patients in the sub acute rehabilitation setting. She fell in love with treating post-surgical wounds, maintaining skin health, and managing client’s care to get them their highest level of functioning. In 2012 she received the "Certificate of Recognition" from Kaiser Permanente for improving patients’ experiences and outcomes in their 2012 Survey. She specializes in the Neuromodulators such as Botox, Xeomin, or Dysport; Ultherapy, miraDry, and cosmetic laser treatments. In her free time she enjoys exploring the bay area, hiking, cooking, playing the guitar, and singing. She loves nursing and performs it with enthusiasm and a well-regarded sense of humor.
I have been going to BACD for almost 10 years. I have always seen Nurse Mary Krempa. Many moons ago performed Mira Dry on me, which helped reduce my underarm sweating and gave me my confidence back. She has been doing neuromodulators on me for years now and always does such a beautiful and natural job. Mary is literally an earth angel and one of my fav people. I love coming in to see her regularly. She is gorgeous and so is the work she does!

I've been plagued with festoons under my eyes for over a decade. I've tried fillers and even considered plastic surgery until Dr. Welsh suggested Morpheus. After three treatments, the skin on my face was tighter and my festoons practically disappeared. I was so pleased with the results that I agreed to Morpheus treatment on my neck. Morpheus again tightened the skin minimizing the pesky jowls. I've been seeing Dr. Welsh for a long time and have always been amazed not only at her knowledge of cutting edge technology but her kindness, generosity and genuine interest in her patients. Arianna Phillips and Mary Krempa who performed the Morpheus treatments went above and beyond to make sure the procedure was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. They answered all my questions and followed up after the individual sessions. I couldn't have asked for more. Well worth the investment. BACD gets 10 Stars!!
