Katy Leonard, RN, has been a valued member of Bay Area Cosmetic Dermatology for over 20 years. She began her career here as a medical assistant and is now an important part of the BACD nursing team. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Kansas, and after raising a family, Katy completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well. She is passionate about providing exceptional care to both long-term and new patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment. She enjoys being part of a practice that continuously collaborates and integrates the latest dermatological advancements which allows her to carry out treatment plans that lead to noticeable results.
Outside of work, Katy loves spending time with her family and going on hikes with her two energetic rescue chihuahuas.
