Cynthia Chaghouri, PA-C, is a nationally certified Physician Assistant through The American Academy of Physician Assistants. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola Marymount University and went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Practice at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles.
With over 13 years of experience in medical, cosmetic, and laser dermatology, Cynthia has honed her expertise in treating a wide range of skin conditions. She started her career in primary care and plastic surgery before discovering her true passion for dermatology. Cynthia joined the provider team at Bay Area Cosmetic Dermatology in 2019 and continues to provide compassionate care to every patient she encounters. She is particularly dedicated to treating acne, rashes, detecting skin cancers as well as guiding patients and administering the best aesthetic treatments available.
Known for her warm, caring nature, Cynthia strives to build meaningful relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel heard and cared for. Outside of her practice, Cynthia loves to explore new destinations; her most recent travel adventure included a trip to Istanbul. She is a busy new mom who enjoys baking, playing sports, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
