Dr. Kathleen M. Welsh and her staff believe in providing premier quality, confidential care in a safe and friendly environment. Our office strives to provide the highest quality cosmetic and general dermatology services in a warm and personal setting. Dr. Welsh works extremely closely with her clinical esthetician to enhance your treatment program with medical skin care. We provide the full range of cosmetic dermatology and skin rejuvenation services using what we feel are state of the art techniques.
We wish to provide you with the best aesthetic results possible. If we don’t offer a certain procedure, we can refer you to someone who can perform it expertly.

Appointments & Consultations
To schedule an appointment, please call (415) 292-6350. New patients are always welcome. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service.
Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (415) 292-6350 and Dr. Welsh will be contacted immediately. If you call on the weekends or after hours, please listen to the voice mail message for a number at which Dr. Welsh can be reached.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Payment
Payment for all services, medical and cosmetic, is due at the time of your visit. Please note: we are not a contracted provider for any insurance plans. If your visit is for medical services, we will provide you with necessary paperwork so that you may submit to your insurance provider for reinbursement. Cosmetic services are not covered by any insurance plans.
